You can either follow the full 300 hrs Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, or attend the first year only, which we have called Walking the Wheel as a way to deepen your understanding of Kundalini Yoga and learn to apply the teachings of the medicine wheel to your own life. Both options can be followed online or in-person in Amsterdam.
Walking the Wheel (1 year)
